Hachikuji island sunk and Barf island has lost all of it's military capabilities to the coalition of Tsundere Island and Millennium Island. Will Barf island surrender and pay reperations? What does this war mean for the rest of the islands in the archipelago?
Proliferation of cruise missiles with infinite range should eventually create universal deterrence. Only by arming everyone with destructive weapons can peace be brought to the islands.

I wonder if we could figure out a foolproof way to ensure mutual deterrence. If only we could outfit a fully autonomous weapons platform that can traverse the land like a soldier while being able to launch multiple missiles; a kind of link that would be a bridge between artillery and infantry. I would call such a machine as Walkers.
