Hakoniwa Islands 2(箱庭諸島2) is a Japanese net game developed in 1999 that was popular in Japan in the early 2000s. Very recently, it has been translated into english by some hikikomoris, and as of now there are only 2 english instances running. Since I like the history of Japanese netz and I assume you do too, I wanted to let you know about it, so you also can find fun in it.

Hachikuji island sunk and Barf island has lost all of it's military capabilities to the coalition of Tsundere Island and Millennium Island. Will Barf island surrender and pay reperations? What does this war mean for the rest of the islands in the archipelago?

Proliferation of cruise missiles with infinite range should eventually create universal deterrence. Only by arming everyone with destructive weapons can peace be brought to the islands.

I wonder if we could figure out a foolproof way to ensure mutual deterrence. If only we could outfit a fully autonomous weapons platform that can traverse the land like a soldier while being able to launch multiple missiles; a kind of link that would be a bridge between artillery and infantry. I would call such a machine as Walkers.

Wouldn't that cause tensions to rise?

Yes. That is why simultaneously, we must create a world where soldiers are free to choose and fight their own battles on their own terms, and not at the whim of a government.

If they are fighting wouldn't that mean mutual deterrrence has failed?
