I skipped through it and it seems like nothing has changed with the allegations. I think the only right way of handling this situation is to double down and say "Yes, and so what?". No, "He is autistic and can't be held responsible". No "Those are big mistakes of him bla bla bla, but". These kind of people, will never be satisfied with what they get. They will try to break you and won't stop until you give them full submission. Stallman has made some mistakes in the past, but they are, firstly nothing mentioned in that "report" and secondly if anything it was conforming too much with the people, that pressured him into this situation. But all those mistakes are nothing compared to what the contributed to free as in freedom software and culture. The FSF and GNU are already a lost cause, but I think Stallman is one the few things or people, that prevent a complete SJW, super-politically-correct takeover of it.
I really hope those people fail with their project to remove Stallman.

I agree that Stallman's indiscretions are easy to ignore - "yes, and so what". I think along the lines that SJW cannot claim to hold any moral high ground on any issue as Stallman's history of clear indiscretion is congruent with SJW social attitudes.
I disagree that FSF and GNU are a lost cause. The goal of the GNU project and the FSF isn't for mass popularity. The cause of the GNU project is to exist as a free software OS that allows people to escape from proprietary software; they've achieved this goal for many kinds of software computing. The cause of the FSF is to champion the cause of Free Software and they continue to do this ever since their establishment.
It really doesn't concern me what anyone's weird personal takes on some issues are, how is what Stallman thinks of bestiality relevant in any way to the operation of the fsf or gnu?
I've seen FOSS types hype up this report as a full blown attack on free software as if removing Stallman is tantamount to pulling the plug. FOSS types are extremely foolish people who don't seem to realize that free software is already dying and was more or less doomed from the start.

Disagree. Why should we make exceptions for Stallman? A better response is to point out that his views aren't unusual for 60s era counterculture hippies of his generation and say "Yes, you might disagree with his opinions, but opinions are not a crime and they should be debated and critiqued fairly." You can appreciate and respect them without agreeing on that specific issue. The whole "Yes but so what?" response just feeds into people's hostility.
Stallman has made great contributions, but in more ways than one he's held back the whole movement. Maybe it would be better for him to step aside? Any movement that rests on the shoulders of one person is doomed anyway and he won't be around forever. There are people who fear a "SJW" politically correct takeover, but this really is a non issue and somewhat pointless as free software fades into inevitable irrelevance.
RMS is a bit of a bullheaded moron who has absolutely done a lot to hamper his own damn movement, but goddamn, this report is vile.

Their ability to seek help is by any reasonable standard affected by the extreme likelihood that they're gonna get arrested and then violated in prison as a "chomo", regardless of whether or not the material they viewed deserves it; a guy looking at nude pics of a 17yo probably deserves a fine at worst, a guy buying pics of a little girl getting raped should go to prison.
Genuinely, I hope nothing but the worst for the authors of this document.
