On average, 150,000 people die every day in the world, overwhelmingly from diseases, natural causes, cancer, etc. This has been the case since way before the pandemic, and most of the world is vaxxed. No shit that lots of them died, when you have 50 million people dying every year in a global population that's overwhelmingly vaxxed, it's easy to find some who died of any given illness after taking a vaccine the majority of people took.
You could say that about any other kind of medication in the world, since tons of people take them and a tiny percentage of them end up dying of sickness anyway too.
