ok so i see the ID:Heaven thing on almost every thread... Heaven can't be one person right? If not, then what person gets designated as Heaven? Is it the people who run/own 4ch? Sorry, but I can't know this unless told.

It's what your ID gets set to when you fill out the Link: (email) field with 'sage'. Sage (pronounced sah-geh) is to post in a thread without bumping it to the top of the thread list. Most people just do it to remain even more anonymous, such that their unique ID cannot be known while posting.
