I am on AOL from a UK isp, i hear a lot of UK ISPs are blocking 4chan, but mine has too.

Its annoying that stupid retards use proxies to spam post and get banned on so i cant use any proxy to access 4chan, i can get on 4chans entry page with a proxy but without one it wont even respond so i assume my ISP is blocking the connection.

Whats funnier is my college allows 4 chan.

Also my internet isnt allowing me to access 7chan either.

Fucking assholes. And the worst thing is i can't get off AOL because nothing else supports where i live really.

Theres virgin media, with their capping bullshit which i dont mind but they're more against net neutrality than AOL is.
And theres BT, Like fuck am i going to use BT, they block torrents and probably blocked 4chan as well.

The only internet i know of that i think is decent is BE broadband, which isn't available to me, nor is most of the decent suppliers, my house doesn't have fibre optic phoneline either :( Just a regular old one so most i get is ADSL...

If it's simple filtering, try changing your DNS servers. Wireshark/tcpdump and a bit of networking knowledge will go a long way to diagnosing the problem.

Change DNS to opendns
