but now it is banned as well, and I can't find any

2ch only blocks your post if your hostname contains a particular major ISP, but the country of origin does not matter.
A year in the future you will set up a cheap VPS located in America and it will work for 2ch if you route your connection through it.

4chan used to be about as bad as futaba, but then 4chan 2.0 came along and boards like /l/ and /g/ and got ruined, and, now that 4chan is mainstream, there isn't really much on /b/ other than porn and shitposting. a lot of the gore and stuff on /b/ was cited as a deterrent for people new to 4chan, but again, that's long gone
