I honestly think that you should try getting in touch with whoever runs this place since you are probably a regular if you are willing to solicit opinion here in the first place. Channel4's outdated 2ch portal would be "alive" again with your script. There's the added advantage that frequent users here you could at least trust marginally more to not abuse it versus some random with their own site. You could always continue to develop it with more features and put an improved beta version up on your own site to advertise.
