He was biking home when a man jumped out in front of him without any pants on. The man told him it was a punishment game and asked him to look. He looked upwards instead of at it but became curious and "lit it up" with his bike headlamp. Eventually the flasher let him go. He says he was scared and when he got home he told his mom and they called the police.

The TwitPic caption says it happened to him when he was in middle school.
