I am autistic, all dialogue sounds strange to me, in real life or in anime. At least in anime it's easy to read the facial expressions, and characters aren't speaking in coded language like real life. If there's a cute girl and she ends her sentences with "nyaa" that's the end of it, there's nothing more to read into it than just "this character said nyaa" in real life there's always layers that i don't understand, everyone's trying to look cool or avoid seeming "cringe".
