the show was very average. keeping in mind that i didn't FINISH the series, i disliked how the screamo bits were such an important plot point (i feel it stops being "death metal" as she refers to it once the lyrics boil down to crying into a pillow) while i enjoyed the character progression such as boss pig showing a less hardass side (that quickly changed) or the deer becoming more than just a simple asskisser. in fact i think the character progression is the BEST part of the show, all the characters got nice personalities except retsuko and the hyena which i simply cannot stand for several reasons
