I'm still able to post fine, just haven't been so active
lately due to work. We had a discussion about why it may not
be letting some foreigners post, but apparently no specific
countries are blocked. One guy was saying that 2ch just didn't
like open proxies, and that some ISPs have a problem because
of them, but I still don't see how that really has anything to
do with it.

Some people have been saying that 2ch reader apps can sometimes
get around these blocks, so have you tried any of those? I don't
really see how that would work either, but I guess it's worth a try.
