白人や黒人に慣れてないのは地理的、歴史的な理由からだろうね
島国で長い間西洋と交流なかったわけだし、アメリカみたいに移民を積極的に受け入れてるわけでもないしね
基本的に日本人は外国人に排他的なわけじゃなくて慣れてないだけだと思うよ

its geographical and historic reason that Japanese do not fit white and black man.
it is nothing interchange to West for a long time,cuz Japan is island.and Japan does not accept an emigrant positively like USA.
I think that Japanese is not exclusive to foreigner and is not fit.
