It doesn't, sorry! For example, this thread has its link set as http://4-ch.net:443/req/kareha.pl/1597352954/, which gives me 400 Bad Request. Going to https://4-ch.net:443/ works, though, although in this case it's a bit stupid to specify both the port and the scheme.
