It's the video that starts off as a normal anime, with two girls sitting in a subway train, but midway through their conversation the girl on the left starts fragmenting .mkv style and the girl on the right actually takes notice. Several google searches and browses through online communities have gotten me nowhere on this subject. If there's a series behind this, links to that would also be appreciated. Thanks.
