It was supposed to be some sleeper classic cyberpunk movie. The first ten minutes was awesome. Think "Fallout: the Movie". Buildings cobbled together from refuse, arid wastelands scoured by scavengers, and retro future tech. Twice I've lost interest when the scenes start taking place in some swanky penthouse, that, from what I've been told, is the set for the majority of the movie. Darn.
