INSTANT REVIEW: Everything Everywhere All At Once (2022) (4.5/5)
"An action-rich multiverse story about overcoming generational trauma and nihilism through the power of love", that's easy to not like if you can't relate or don't have enough patience for rapid random weird stuff to stick around for the payoff.
The movie "Densha Otoko" (Train Man) is to be shown in several countries in East Asia, including Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore, following sales efforts at the recent Cannes Film Festival. The movie is based on a supposedly true story that played out on the Channel 2 web site, Japan's most popular BBS. It tells of an "otaku" (nerd), played by Yamada Takayuki (21), who comes to the rescue of a woman (Nakatani Miki, 29) being groped on a train. Not knowing how to pursue his newly found love, he turns to the Web for help and advice. The love story was turned into a best-selling book and has the subject of a lot of publicity over the last year, and has publishers scouring the Web looking for the next big hit. The biggest question that remains is whether it's really a true story of innocent love triumphing or just a clever marketing ploy. The movie opens on June 4.
I'll skip the usual superlatives, expressions of conviction that it must be a true story, and wishes for updates (though I share them....) but:
Has anyone else noticed that the story is a remake (in real life) of the 1924 movie "Girl Shy", and that in the Fuji drama Ito and Ito match Harold Lloyd and Jobyna Ralston in character, mannerism, and --- no less -- in FACE?
Dont't believe me? Look here:

It's freaky. Right down to dogs and trains.
Still alive.
The dorama's good, although it's very factitious, just like any other dorama.
it was just a hoax created by japanese TV producers...
Shoot a man, BEFORE throwing him out of a plane?
Dr. Pavel, I'm CIA
Dead weight is harder to move certainly but if you want to make sure someone is good and dead, you shoot them then throw them out of the plane.
Why would someone save the life of a doomed man who only has hours to live instead of reattach the ear of a man who has days to live? That is what I was sorta thinking when I saw an episode of "Outlander" which took place in 18th century America. In the show, said doomed man was a black slave (named Rufus?). A character in that TV series is named Claire, and she travelled back in time from 1940s-1960s back to 1700s. She could have used technology from the future or something in order to stop so many negros from coming to America. Perhaps the United States would have been better if many negros never came to the US in the first place. I think Davis Aurini said that the USA would be better if many non-whites never came to the US in the first place, so I guess I agree with him. I know for sure that I say these things with zero racial hatred in my mind.
A popular character in "Outlander" is Black Jack Randall. One and probably not both of the following images show the actor of Jack Randall:

Mom: we have Black Jack Randall at home.

Why would someone frost a cake with their butt?
Why would someone try to shoot a man as he's falling from an airplane? That makes no sense.
https://youtu.be/F3mN5J9cQFU basically im learning to go on animating stuffs which means solid drawing in 3d perspective, so mathemathically speaking it's 360 degrees of angle times the subject in question
but as you see in link this is not something normal horse do or unless rotoed from a real horse, how are the animation timed and spaced correctly with somewhat limited deadline and reference that is,
how do you sort of then "simulate" motion as natural as possible?
Thread to talk about the actor Tom Hiddleston
Honestly I'll just give myself a light pat down. HONESTLY.
>>19 You misspelled her name. It's spelled JArthy. I'll accept no other.
>>23 I didn't. Any good tidbits?
I hope everyone is doing well. We're back to normality: MIL and FIL have left and hubs has returned. I was nearing my breaking point with that situation!
>>26 "Flossing"!
JArthy - sure you didn't mean EO?
Coriolanus broadcast was good, but I think I'd get more out of it after a second viewing. TH spoke very rapidly and was sometimes hard to understand (in fairness, this was the first time I'd seen this play). The role made great use of his physicality and his ability to play unpleasant characters. (I kept feeling bits of Loki, but that also shows how much TH and Branagh pulled from Shakespeare for the first Thor film.)
I only caught bits of the live commentary with Josie Rourke and various cast members (including TH). Some of it is shown in one of Marvel's "Cast During Quarantine" vids: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aFui9ndq6l0&t=226s (TH's part is at the beginning).
Glad you are finally free of the ILs and that the hubster is back! I can only imagine what your life has been like....
i am a heron. i ahev a long neck and i pick fish out of the water w/ my beak. if you dont repost this comment on 10 other pages i will fly into your kitchen tonight and make a mess of your pots and pans
Surely you guys can't be dead when there's new Loki... surely
Wow, almost a year since the last sighting... Godspeed wherever you are, you beautiful souls.
Checking in here in the first time since forever. Unsurprised to find crickets! Maybe we can regroup once Essex Serpent comes out. I haven't rushed to watch Loki, but will get to it when I do the periodic change-out of streaming channels. Hope all is well with whoever sees this
who?
Well will you look who got engaged. It's about time. Congrats.

Graphic Violence
good spooky TV show on just now
I watched it. It was good but they could've done better on the monster effects, especially given how little screen time it actually had. Loved the Goosebumps ending though.
"Stranger Things" is a American science fiction horror drama television series which features race mixing. I thought of a horror situation or an inspiration for a twisted pornographic drawing which includes a story (or a pornography image / vid which is captioned):
It is the 21 century and powerful nations are going to war. One or more of them is an occidental nation (maybe Sweden or a different western nation). In order to get as many men into the army as possible the government instigated radical incentives. All transportation out of the country was shut down to a great extent.
Men suitable to serve in the military who tried to evade the draft were not only imprisoned, but they were sissified. The fact that this was done to the young men was made public and common knowledge. They weren't men anymore. Some were chemically castrated, and, depending on certain things, others were physically castrated. All of them underwent feminizing hormone therapy, which included estrogens and antiandrogens. Some of them were given breast and ass implants. The money to do this was largely paid for by the bank accounts of the imprisoned.
Some were bought as sex slaves, and their masters would sometimes buy them larger breast implants and larger ass implants. Some of them ended up looking like sissy bimbos, with large lips and small cocks. Most of the bitches were mentally broken into being slaves and sluts for cock.
Well now that it is all over what did you guys think of the Star Wars sequels? I hated them and in my opinion they make the prequels look better.
There is no canon death for Jar-Jar Binks

everyone knows he became a sith lord
I haven't gotten around to rewatching Star Wars then watching the sequels. I watched the OG Star Wars series as a child in the 2000s to early 2010s maybe. "You were supposed to defeat the dark side, not join them." LOL that dialogue might be dumb, looking back on it as an adult.

I've heard that Star Wars is basically a family friendly series where children enjoy the storyline. I remember that someone said in a recent Star Wars Disney sequel a girl main character is very powerful or skillful, but she didn't really train at all to have all those powers. As in, they could've at least put in a Rocky training montage to prove that her abilities make sense.
I do sorta want to watch the new Star Wars movies, but I've been "busy" watching some TV shows. I finished watching all of "Gilmore Girls" (7 seasons I think), and I watched about the first half of season 17 of "Grey's Anatomy". Having watched basically all of both shows I can confidently say that Gilmore Girls is better:
Gilmore Girls > Grey's Anatomy
One time I jerked off to this fake of a naked Rory and Lorelai Gilmore: https://rule34.paheal.net/post/view/1768599#search=Lorelai_Gilmore — I don't regret that fap.
it annoys me when people make Star Wars rule 34 where they use the lightsabers like they're dildos
am i allowed to share picture of this film https://youtu.be/KjFEUyVCPq4 to my family do they watch it
is that copyright infringemnt
It is perfectly legal
