E.g. he had said that nobody is going to censor the Internet in Russia, a couple of weeks later a new law was passed expanding list of reasons for a site to be added to Internet Blacklist, plus some blogs and online news agencies were hit with lawsuits, ROSKOMNADZOR warnings, etc.
