"Cyberbullying is a huge problem!" Yes, but not because it is hurtful, HA! no one cares about your feelings-- but because criticism makes women want to be more private-- and the privacy of the women is bad. The women have to be online, they do most of the clicking and receive most of the clicks. Anonymous cyberbullying is a barrier to increasing consumption, it's gotta go.

My favorite Soviet joke involves a man standing in the Moscow train station, handing out leaflets to everyone who passes by. Eventually, of course, the KGB arrests him—but they discover to their surprise that the leaflets are just blank pieces of paper. “What’s the meaning of this?” they demand. “What is there to write?” replies the man. “It’s so obvious!”

I have officially fallen in love with Culture Japan and I would likee to make friends with Danny and the wonderful crew there and I would also like to visit Japan in the near future. I am wondering if there is going to be a Mirai exoskeleton like in the anime. Mirai´s sword is splendid and the anime is one of the few animes I have seen which have the Brutality of Fact - similarly as Wolf´s Rain and Moon Phase and such anime. Culture Japan has also become my favourite online show and I will be introducing Mirai to my fellow native Icelanders in less than 7 days. And with watercolor anime destined to replace current mainstream news it is no surprise that Japanese animation remains among the best you can find.

Instead, we have included 'Other' which will cover all of these, as compared to the listed ones, they are all equally disadvantaged. Again, we sincerely apologize for any triggering, offense, irritation, annoyance, upset stomach, acid reflux, indigestion, or diarrhea this may have caused. Pre-B-cell receptor signaling induces the transient down-
regulation of RAG1/2 and the loss of TdT activity. Together,
these events ensure that, as soon as one heavy-chain gene has
successfully rearranged, no further heavy-chain recombina-
tion is possible. Th is results in the phenomenon of allelic
exclusion, whereby the genes of only one of the two heavy-
chain alleles can be expressed in a single B cell. As a result of
this pre-B-cell receptor signaling, the chromatin at the unused
heavy-chain locus undergoes a number of physical changes
that render it incapable of participating in further rearrange-
ment events. Recall that IL-7 provided one of the signals that
brought the V H , D, and J H loci into close apposition with one
another at the beginning of V H DJ H recombination. A reduc-
tion in IL-7 signaling at the pre-B-cell stage now reverses that
initial locus contraction, resulting in the physical separation of
the V H , D, and J H gene segments in the unrearranged heavy-
chain locus. Th is decontraction is then followed by deacety-
lation events that deactivate the unused heavy-chain locus and
return it to a heterochromatic (inactive, closed) confi guration

high levels of class II MHC molecules and have inherent
costimulatory activity, they can activate naïve T H cells.
• Macrophages must be activated (e.g., via TLR signaling)
before they express class II MHC molecules or costimu-
latory membrane molecules such as CD80/86.
• B cells constitutively express class II MHC molecules
and posses antigen-specifi c surface receptors, making
them particularly effi cient at capturing and presenting
their cognate antigen. However, they must be activated by,
for example, antigen, cytokines, or pathogen-associated
molecular patterns (PAMPs), before they express the
costimulatory molecules required for activating naïve
T H cells.

I understand that forum threads eventually get to the point where we quote-tear through everyone's reply and shred them like expert debaters. There's a joy in it I don't want to rob any of you of.

Waste of time
I'm an accomplished good looking guy. have been on this app for 2 months and have not talked to 1 girl!! Haha it's actually pretty funny. would not recommend this app to anyone. It's a great design and concept easy to use but maybe it's lack of use by users has made the match setup go completely dormant. Not sure what to think and it also won't let me unsubscribe to quit getting charged.

There's a sense in which math is like a monastery, exercising passive rather than active border control. Unlike most other disciplines, which are either more practical or more political, math is remote, inaccessible, and materially (if not spiritually) poor. Mathematicians aren't called to defend their territory, because no one cares enough to mount a serious attack. Mathematicians, like monks, can't project force (political or military) out into the broader world, but neither do they need to defend themselves. The road to math is simply too long and dangerous, and the rewards for traveling there too meager, for anyone but the pure-of-heart to bother.

Science, however, must continue to duke it out in the hot, fertile lowlands.

There will always be someone that will think about you every night, when it's dark, and wonder if they could have done something about it. Wonder if they should have noticed earlier. Wonder if the guilt is theirs. Death doesn't end the pain, it just transfers it to someone else.

I'm sorry if I'm being too hard on you but...I care about you. I want you to be fine

My answer to that objection is simple: as everyday experiences get mangled by layer after layer of metaphoric back-referencing, these metaphors get reified into a sort of atemporal, non-physical realm of abstract experience-primitives.

Restaurant discriminate against people with disabilities

Helsinki restaurant converted mentally handicapped Havumäki Kalle, 19, rudely from his door.

Saturday's supposed to be a day of celebration of 19-year-old Kalle Havumäki. A good friend had come to Rovaniemi and the boys were heading for a gig in Helsinki crane. Foremost, however, the evening was disappointing to mind when a Helsinki restaurant converted the boys rudely from his door.

Havumäki before the show and his friends had gone to eat burgers hamburger and drinking soda. Alcohol neither had enjoyed.

When Mokoma band gig was still time, young people decided to go sit for a while, but in the crane opposite Hemingway's restaurant. The restaurant at the door Havumäki stumbled a little bit, such as due to his disability is sometimes a habit. The restaurant's employee had noticed the tumble and interpreted by the young men to be drunk.

  • He had said that the ground was so fumbling, that you are not welcome here, says Kalle's mother, TV1 newsreader Marjukka Havumäki.
