I try to go there but World4chan's url gets redirected to 4chan.

All its boards are now under 4chan.org. Who knows why.

Who would want to go to world4chan?

Also BTW, 4channel.org redirects to 4chan.org now. Anyone else irritated at that? I liked being able to have a collection of the more mature/non-sexual 4chan boards in one place.

It's obvious why they did it: they're trying to make 4chan have more hits in the search engines, and bump up their pagerank too.

It's sad, but it's not like anyone other than mootixco and circlejerk buddies have any clout.

What annoys me most is that they took the letters of the boards off the navbar.

>>9 the way 4chan nav menu looks now is somewhat similar to what iichan's looked like for ages

Wish I could; it's a corporate network and locked down pretty tight. I can't even bring in my own laptop to circumvent the network login as a local administrator. All traffic on port 80 goes through a data center-level proxy. It'd be easier to hack the Gibson. :-/ There are no nearby wireless networks I could jump on either.

I can still access koichan.net and that gets me through to most of the boards. Not all, but enough to get me through the day. I guess I'll have to live only on 4-ch, which isn't so bad.

Quite, but infrequent spurts of free time at work fuel my need for stuff to do and read.
