I do hope 2ch isn't as stupid as 4ch tends to be. It seems the percentage of stable, comprehensive, non-juvenile posts is ever on the decline. Am I wrong?

If 2ch isn't as moronic as we are, what's their secret? Is it because they're Japanese, or because 2ch is more mainstream, or well-established?
