The most annoying thing for noobs who come here is the thread list. I remember first coming here and being completely lost. It is a CHORE to read through the thread list looking for individual posts. Maybe it's easier for the Japs because their writing system is so condensed and no the thread numbers don't help. The 'All Threads' link is nice but I rarely go there, I just look at thread in the front page, ie. recently replied threads. Nicer would be the top part of the 'All Threads' page on the main threads page. Seriously, deciphering that paragraph of thread titles is HARD.
