After getting over my annoyance at all the mispelled words and incorrect use syntax and grammar in your post I can say that firstly marijuana is more likely to give someone lung and mouth, etc., cancer than cigarettes are (x50 more) and literally fries parts of your brain, affecting in particular short term memory.
