Ok, so right now, I go to a School in North Carolina with a decent reputation, a cutting edge technology program, and a well-rounded curriculum. The thing is, its a fundie-Christian school. Every student there is racist towards blacks, and 95% hate homosexuals. I'm not a Christian; I'm simply going because my parents have placed me here, but I've grown sick of it. People have figured out that I'm not a Christian, and that my values and ideals AREN'T bullshit, and that I'm more than willing to back my beliefs up with facts and evidence. Whadda ya know? People hate that. So now school is getting more and more difficult for me, as I'm pretty much excluded from anything social now, and have everyone taking every chance they can to fuck me over. I'm sick of this. So at the end of this year, I'm considering doing whatever it takes to get me out of this school - this is going to put me in the public school I was zoned for originally. What do you think, /personal/? Should I go for the public school, or just stick it out another year at the school I'm at now?
