Talking to a doctor is the last thing i would do. I got some kind of social anxiety, so i cant just go to a doctor, or take a walk. And about working out... Im just afraid to lose even more weight if i do that. But still i could try to start eating as much as possible and working out a little every day.

Making updates is a good idea. This morning my weight was 42.2kg. Ill try to eat as much as possible for one week, so lets compare our progress then.
