It was true too. Suki and Tempest were both 17, Nochesure (Nox) and Ayame were both 16, and poor Mitsu was only 15. Not even old enough to drive yet.

Yeah, 'cause every medieval teenager was stressing about the dreaded Driver's Ed class. Or not..

Shore leave and a baby -- no we do think you're brilliant...

Fanfiction is funniest when 14 year olds try to be serious.

The story "Your Unmortal" (which I think was deleted) was worse. It had worse spelling and Dumbledore wanting to have sex with the author. shivers Because the author's hot? That's creepy.

I actually have that one saved ont omy computer. I'll post it here later.

Toe Rape. Enough said.

>>10 Toe Rape

That one was deliberately written as a parody of bad fanfic. It's aware of its own crappiness and revels in it, as it exists to spork all other badfic everywhere. The author uses every horrid trope of bad anime fanfic--OOC behavior, ghastly subliterate prose studded with malapropisms and misspellings, a certain lack of detectable plotting--to mock all the badfic on the Internet.

There was a Dragonball Z / Diary of Anne Frank crossover written around 2000 or 2001. It was a crossover, a romance, and eventually an erotic story. The author's grasp of the mechanics of the language is not bad, but a story in which an anime alien martial arts superhero and a real person who actually lived in the 20th Century, who happened to be a very underage girl who died in the Holocaust, have lots of freaky sex, cannot avoid being hideously wrong on multiple levels, even if the prose itself is not bad.

I'm not kidding about this story. Google for it. You will find it. And it will make you want to gouge out your own eyes with a rusty spork. Just knowing that it exists makes me feel vaguely unclean.

It kind of makes me happy. It sure is a big, wide world we live in, with lots of different kinds of people and ideas. You could say that story is the true essence of human culture.

Sir Bookworm, I went to the link you posted, and I locatted the fanfiction, but, to my surprise, there were only two pages. You previously mentioned, and I quote, "A story in which an anime alien martial arts superhero and a real person who actually lived in the 20th Century, who happened to be a very underage girl who died in the Holocaust, have lots of freaky sex, cannot avoid being hideously wrong on multiple levels, even if the prose itself is not bad." They didn't appear to have sex. Not that I'm terribly dissapointed, but I was wondering; why did you say that? Thanks in advance...

The next day I woke up in my bedroom. It was snowing and raining again. I opened the door of my coffin and drank some blood from a bottle I had. My coffin was black ebony and inside it was hot pink velvet with black lace on the ends. I got out of my coffin and took of my giant MCR t-shirt which I used for pajamas. Instead, I put on a black leather dress, a pentagram necklace, combat boots and black fishnets on. I put on four pairs of earrings in my pierced ears, and put my hair in a kind of messy bun.

My friend, Willow (AN: Raven dis is u!) woke up then and grinned at me. She flipped her long waist-length raven black hair with pink streaks and opened her forest-green eyes. She put on her Marilyn Manson t-shirt with a black mini, fishnets and pointy high-heeled boots. We put on our makeup (black lipstick white foundation and black eyeliner.)

“OMFG, I saw you talking to Draco Malfoy yesterday!” she said excitedly.

what's really bad are people that take their fanfics seriously. like on this messageboard somebody wrote:

"Yes, this one IS serious, my friend.

I'm writing a fanfic in which he is a major character, but little is known about Kian, and since I take my work very seriously plus a member on this site (forever77) suggested, I'm opening up this thread. So this thread is to establish what was offered and implied about Kian Alvane in DF."

wtf. fanfics SERIOUS BUSINESS

>>1 Seen it, joke fic.

Best/worst fanfic? DBZ / Anne Frank crossover. But I can't find the link.

31 Name: Bookworm : 2007-03-24 19:48 ID:pqreWtdw

http://forums.totallyre.com/showthread.php?t=6020

Not so much the actual fic, but the first sentence:

"This story has obviously one too many words for you fuckers who depend on mom to sit on your bed and read Run Spot Run, but for those guys who don't just read picture books and clap their hands at the Cat in the Hat, here you go."

Hay it's Internet Tough Guy.

32 Name: Bookworm : 2007-03-24 19:54 ID:pqreWtdw

Oh, somebody already posted the DBZ / Anne Frank link :7S. It's a joke fic (obviously) and a few years ago somebody on the SA forums claimed to have written it.

Still, I can't believe it went for another 20 or so chapters. Less effort = excellent troll.
