If I were you I'd buy the boon shooter power upgrade (kills moot in 30 shots instead of 50) then put the rest of your trains into str or dex, either one will help. Do you have the Mikuru Bunny Suit Power Armour yet?

True fans of the game know that the original, unreleased version of the game was called じ氏ジイ化ヴ, which translates to "Silent Sage." But the project fizzled out due to lack of funding. A different company later picked it back up, and changed the name to . People who were following the game's development back in the days back when it was called じ氏ジイ化ヴ still sometimes call it "Silent Sage" out of nostalgia.

I can't find Suiseiseki's Rosa Mystica. I've looked all over the map and talked to all the NPCs but to no avail. Any tips?

It's not just the NPCs on that map, it's the NPCs on every map you've been to so far. I suggest taking the airplane back to the first town and walking to where you are now from there.
