Can you spare any troops? Attacking Canada after the nukes (hopefully) detonate seems like it'd be a grand time to hit them... I also have some enemies to my south and your west that could cause problems for us, so it would make sense to attack them if you're going to attack anyone...
Also, for those who would like to use PGP encryption to talk secretly, I have generated a public key. There is no need to sign your messages if you post them with a tripcode, but I think this would be a fun way to talk secretly. For those on *NIX, run "gpg --gen-key", "gpg --list-keys", and finally "gpg --export-key --armor YOURKEY## > something.txt". Upload that .txt somewhere and link it here. As for Windows, I have no clue... cygwin and gpg might work?
