If you can, move your people a bit inland from the ports and be prepared to fire a few nukes. That way, you can take out a lot of their forces while protecting your borders with nuclear fallout. I would like to send my trains far east to aide in the evacuation programs.

My offer to form an alliance still stands. Both Grey and I have faced a lot of hardships over the course of this game. Hopefully you can see the inhumanity that Nuropo and ANDY have displayed and you can can sympathize a bit. I'm willing to listen to any of your demands in exchange for your aide in war--you have proven to be a great leader and no demand of yours is too much.

I would like to send half of my armed forces on my trains to grey's secret military complex in the heart of China. Along with that I would like to send two nukes. Meanwhile, I hope to send a quarter of my soldiers to the western borders of Espeonland to force out recent invaders--if we attack Ukraine first, it should be quite easy to surround the yellow army surrounding Moscow. I'd like to send another quarter to the far east in preparations to capture the land closest to THE MOON.

If possible, I would like Espeonland's leading scientists (the ones who are not working on the nuclear weapons project, anyway) to begin reviving the manned space flight program as well as a program to create very large propulsion systems which utilize nuclear power. Russia has had successful space travel in the past and it has access to a large number of raw materials -- how long would it take until our spaceships and a number of very large rockets to be ready? If possible, all work should be done deep underground in an undisclosed location.
