Use different browser (Chrome? Opera?) for porn. Don't keep the links on your desktop or quick launch, because somebody might want to launch their favourite browser or simply click on a colourful icon.

Sometimes you have to rely on web history to get to some neat pages. You wouldn't want to have porn sites on your mind, would you?

The best thing is a personal desktop where you can even set tabs to reopen (I think it's "restore previous session" in FF). The downside is that you might get stuck on the same explicit material and feel like your life stuck in a loop. Mine did.
