Tell us something about yourself.
I work just barely enough to cover my bills, and then just kind of lie around the rest of the time.
I'm a nice guy with a cute wife. I have a degree but I don't have a job. We share a flat with a guy who I try to get along with but he's a bit of a douchebag with no manners and no respect. I have been coming to this board for almost 6 years now I think. My captcha is chageing.
I consider >>1 to be my friend, and I enjoy being part of a friendly community.
I don't like cubes
>>1
I like mittens and organic chemistry. I am in love with a fictional character.
>>7
Welcome!
Now, what do we do with the remainder of this thread?
>>9
Yes, and yes.
Odd to think there's another of us now. That makes seven, I think?
>>10
Allow me to get to know the community and understand it(?)
I did that by lurking, >>12, but whatever floats your boat I guess! Although you'll never get a good enough feel for a community just by having someone explain it for you.
>>14
I have lurked here multiple times before, but had yet to create a thread. I stumbled upon this place for about the fifth time and decided today was the day.
I'm a high school dropout with no special talents. I try to study my interests, but I waste all of my time with video games and online distractions such as this.
>>2 is the person I could be if I were a little more motivated.
There are a couple of people here who post using a name. I decided I'd try it out not long ago.
I usually post anonymously though; the decision not to is arbitrary.
Anyway, also, I don't know which/how many other anonymous boards you've used, but in case you didn't know, unlike some places, mailto:sage isn't hostility or condemnation here; it's more a humble gmy post needn't bump to the top of the pageh.
It's a relatively small point but I feel it's an important distinction to make, and one that makes places like this feel nice and friendly.
>>19
I'm very familiar with anonymous boards and the overall collective culture. I guess each community has its own etiquette.
I'm a college student who only makes 40 USD every two weeks through my work-study. My only talent is a nack for accents. I should be doing my homework right now.
>>19
I know which some place you're referring to. Most of the boards understand how sage works, especially the Japanese ones. It's the huge western boards that take it as an insult.
This thread is not DQN quality, you should not make threads and instead just follow in suit as others do instead of expecting an entire community to change to fit you.
As to the argument about Sahgay, it's used to say this thread isn't one that really deserves to be on the front page, no wonder there are so many ASCII cement booted salmon on their way down with bad threads.
Requesting permasage.

You really shouldn't post here until you've read all of tanasinn.
>>26 That's kinda cheating I think! Tanasinn.info is great and interesting, but learning by lurking is the vet's way of posting.
>>27
Research through the sites creations and chroniclers like tanasinn, and then lurking, and then tenarively posting in others threads is the best method.
Can we just forget this ever happened? >>1, even though apparently being well-versed in text boards, decided to dedicate a whole thread to himself. The prevailing opinion is that one should lurk in order to learn what to do. I think creating a thread just to get a feel for a place is quite obnoxious, and not very DQN.
Enough with the meta, let's enjoy some other threads!
I thought this was quite a nice thread actually.
Well, I can see that the level of autism is fairly high here.
>>31
It's not a meta thread, it doesn't have the proper [Meta] tags, and besides, we have already gone over this topic, [BIO] About Me [INTRODUCTION][HELLO] (13).
I dream of a DQN where we only have three threads, but they're all super long.
>>34
I dream of a DQN where we bump 6-8 year old threads to the front page on a daily basis since they don't die with age.
>>35
Well, it's clear to me that you are guilty of having autism, and I'm not even going to sage. Sorry for you other nice people. This guy ruined it for you.
