I've been there twice for afternoon tea, and both times were incredible.
They have a signature blend that has a bunch of unlikely stuff in it.
Let me try to remember...
I think it was vanilla, bergamot, rose petals, and... something else.
Something citrus-y, maybe?
Anyway, when I saw it on the menu, I thought, that seems like too many things together.
Like, the tea blending equivalent of ice cream on pizza.

But, you know, it's their signature blend, and I was feeling adventurous.
I'm so glad I gave it a try.
It was genuinely possible the best blend of tea I've ever had.
I tried to see if they sold packets of it, but it seems not.
I swear, if they go bust and I never get to drink that blend of tea again, the world will be a little bit worse off for it.
