like ok, each stroke represents the relative position of your tongue, teeth, and lips, and whether you breathe in or hold your breath while pronouncing it. and each block is one syllable, from the time you open your mouth to speak to the time you close it to break off. so basically each block/character(?) of hangul is a visual diagram of how to pronounce itself. an adult could learn to read and write this in literally 10 minutes. i'm actually pretty sure you could teach an alien to speak a human language this way. but im sorry, korean sounds like a deaf person with a sore throat trying to speak chinese.
