Technically I'm working on one, but my libido is debilitating ("If only it were as easy to banish hunger by rubbing my belly").
But what (1) there's a nonzero chance people will be futanaris in heaven (the anteNicene interpretation of Mt. 22:30 is instead sexlessness, with a different trad interpretation of infertile, both of which I think sound wrong) and people have speculated this farther back than most of today's ignorant American Pelagian heretics would suspect (e.g. icons of younger St John looking really girly, or some described endgames of esoteric alchemy). I regard it as improbable but adiaphorous, though this is obviously not a trad interpretation and a topic that cautious theologians would stay the hell away from. (2) a lot of what you have to focus on is untwisting what modern gender ideologues (largely gnostics) and ancient ascetics (also largely gnostics) have twisted, and getting bogged down in controversial matters can be unhealthy for the soul, even if it is one's specialty (look at how miserable most apologetics bros are, they live for arguing).
However, such a view could not have been the teaching of the first century, which is always a bad smell. Furthermore, we are commanded not to worship images, not to store up treasure on earth, not to hoard joy unto ourselves, to be fruitful and multiply (YHWH as fertility god), among other matters not to be ignored.
The 3DPD industry in LA, of course, is a modern Sodom. I await its destruction, and boy I sure hope this conveniently placed shady qiqɔyon doesn't wither in the meantime (LEցEM)
