The last time I checked, you had to ask kuz to start hosting, so it's impossible to register any site under his free hosting stuff before having his consent first anyways.

I dont know about turkish teens, but I do vaguely remember him having a registration form on the hosting thing before he made it a manual proccess, at one point you could set up an account in 5 minutes. One too many spammers and now you have to do it all by email to another person.

Is it safe to assume that western fascination with Ayashii World and oldschool japanese BBSes has its roots in 4/qa/? If so that place has truly been a cancer even before it got turned into the soyjack and tranny turf.
