The vial making very easy, but he must be careful with dust and to sterilize well. Kids, don't try this at home!!! Before getting any supply, get chemical you want brew in vial. Many illegal suppliers from China if he know who to message. I won't say, if you want maybe you can buy from american or european reseller. Ordering very illegal, always deny purchase if someone ask. 10ml 20mm vial, 20mm butyl rubber stopper, 20mm aluminum vial cap, 20mm glass and aluminum vial crimper. Before fill with chemical, make sure house very clean and air not moving a lot. Sit still for long time. Some people use box with holes for hands and little dust moving around. Give also vial and rubber and cap long bath in pure 90%+ alcohol for cleaning. Shake out any speck of dust with the alcohol if any. It will be sterilized later, but look very gross and unprofessional. I would be afraid of bad batch if I saw, nobody want dust injected in leg even if could be harmless. I am sure street junkie inject worse every day, but he also very unhealth body.
You need oil to contain all the chemical. I like MCT. Look very clear and very few people have allergy. You also need Benzyl Alcohol for antibacterial purpose. The amount you need depend on the chemical. You put a small bit of Benzyl Alcohol in vial, then you pour in the chemical. Pour in also the oil, this very much easier with syringe and needle by the way. It will not mix completely but ok for later. Put on the rubber stopper, the metal cap, then use crimp tool to close. Must not possible to twist the metal cap around, must sit tight! For final part, must be sterilize. I not recommend using oven, ovens uneven heat and if your vial too cheap and break (i dont think this happen but who know) it is a mess in your heated oven! hazard! Use pressure cooker and a metal contraption to make sure the vial not move around when boil. Must stand still and up. Water should go up to around 2/3 of vial, some will boil out which is important. Water steam in pressure will hit very high temperature, water itself not hit maximum temperature. For most of the duration the vial will be 1/2 in water and then 1/3 in water, this will make steam heat up inside very well over time. Maximum pressure cooker good 130 degree celsius, do this for 45 minute. Be careful, do more research.
When finished cook, it should look 100% clear and no mixing needed. If not, you made mistake in crimp too loose or wrong chemical amounts for mix. Ask chemist, I only follow other advice!! I don't know what I am doing, but injection this work very well.
