The last thing to do is worry about this and think you're hopeless or definitely lost or something. Everyone has fears and problems and they'll hide and repress them throughout their lives. The best solution to this problem is the most obvious one: Get off your computer and go outside! That's the only way you're going to develop a healthy social life and meet girls.
