Use a VOIP number. If that doesn't work for your chosen provider, there are services which you can pay for in crypto that provide you with a one time use phone number associated with a sim card, so the provider will think you're a normie with a cell phone. Easier, cheaper, and potentially more secure than buying a burner phone. There are email providers that don't require a phone number, though. Proton (sometimes) and cock.li (requires invite) come to mind. All email providers basically glow though, and email is a generally insecure mode of communication unless you're using GPG, and good luck to get your dumb friends and family to start using that.
