We have some material, it's pretty much the same material we had with Sian or JA. With these 2 people assumed 2 different things based on what type of story they liked best more than "evidence". Whether they were right we'll never know.
With EO because there's PR for a film, because there were articles that come from a US mag that is assumed to be her PR's favourite, the couple speculation makes more sense to most.
