If it's not kidnapping fears, then she has this ridiculous security for either crazy stalkers (who might try and break into her mansion at night but won't be after her at a restaurant) or for fans (a bunch of sobbing 12 year olds).

I wonder if it is the parents insisting on this. We have discussed that she is basically a 15 year old. They may perceive that too and insist on a huge security detail to protect her.
