To start off, I must say, she's the worst human being in the world.
She spits at me, she swears, she pulls my hair, she throws things at me, hits me things, gets me in trouble for who knows what, and throws tantrums here and there for the most idiotic of reasons.
Just being around this person makes me want to kill her, then myself.
Usually, I'm the peppy nice guy that just wants everything to be good in the world, but with her, I'm the psycho murderer with a single target, her.
I can't do anything to her for 2 reasons:
oh, and,
3. I'll get in trouble.
Even worse, she's only 7.
And last week, she tried to stab me with a knife, then when she missed, tried to chop me up with a butcher knife.

In some situations, this kind of behaviour can be combated by always being nice no matter what the attacker does. If she swears, spits, etc, don't give much response, just seem a little hurt, and be nice to her the rest of the time. After quite a long time of doing tihs, she would possibly stop. Or it might not work at all- this doesn't work in all cases.
Fuck, is she really trying to stab you? I mean, if she's really a dangerous person, maybe you should complain. They give psychiatric help to dangerous people, you know. And even if she's just being a bitch, your personal safety is reason enough to have her underwatch/discipline/seperated whatever.

Thanks for the advice, but yeah, I've done that and it's failed. She's the kind of evil little girl that'll take advantage of anything I DON'T do. When I tried that, she just started taking advantage of me more. Going as far as trying to smash my nuts with a hammer she got from dad's toolbox.
And well.. When I do do something, she plays the most innocent little girl ever. I have NO clue how my parents keep falling for that. Considering she's just a little bit nicer to them than she is to me. And by that, I just mean swearing at them, telling them to go to hell, and just being a main little pain in the ass.
And when they try to do anything, she just swears at the more and plays the drama queen with the horrible and unfair life..

Oh, depends on what she wants at the time.
Here, I'll give you guys an example.
One day, it was bright, cheery, and I was playing games in the living room. Out of nowhere, my sister asks for a glass of milk. Simple and easy task, right? Well, when I DO get the milk, just as I was closing the door, she tells to me, "Gimme my milk you fucking bitch." And well.. I'm not gonna stand for that.
I tell her I'm not gonna give her the milk until she says she's sorry, right? A small request. Soon she starts crying and bashing the table with her dolls. I got a headache, so I just left the milk on the counter, where she could EASILY get it, all the while she's screaming, "I want my fucking milk!"
I leave for the living room to play more, right? She follows me and screams and cries while I kill zombies. Then, she says, "I'm going to fucking stab you if you don't give me my milk!" And I reply, "It's right on the counter, just grab it yourself!"
And what she does, is GO to the counter, but instead of grabbing the milk, she grabs a kitchen knife. A pretty big one too. She comes back to the living room and tries to stab me. And trust me, she was only like.. Half an inch away from my arm when I dodged. Then, she goes back and grabs a BUTCHER knife. Well.. I defended myself and she starts crying. So when my parents come back, she's on the ground crying, while I'm killing zombies with my shirt slightly ripped.

The next time that bitch tries to pull out a knife give her two black eyes, and if that doesn't work get CPS or the police involved.
