A whole board where you have to think for a whole day before you post. To make a post, you begin by submitting your first draft, and throughout the next day, you're allowed to change it however you want. When a day has passed, your post goes through.

You may post to the board, but it waits 24 hours before emailing you a screenshot of your post, along with a link to a page where it forces you to retype the post in order to think about it more, before finally allowing you to submit. If your submission differs by more than a defined amount, the process starts again.
Alternatively the board waits a shorter time before the email/resubmission, and if two consecutive revisions differ too much, it cycles; otherwise it queues up your post for 24 hours after first submission.
Another alternative: your scheme, but you must make several significant edits before it accepts post.
