I make the call for all civilians to move more inland away from the boarder with the citadel and away from all coastline. And with the help of the trains (thank you >>90) I assume this will go much faster.
I send as much medical I aid as I can to what used to be Mumbai and to help save and care for what ground forces are still alive.
I put out the call for anyone and anyone who I angered or feels pain or loss from the tragity that is the Mumbai Disaster, to join the army to help build it up again.
I scramble 50% of my air force to go on continuous patrol routes on both of my non-ally boarders, espcially around Indonesia and are ordered to kill-on-sight any and all Andyland forces. Including ships. 40% are send to guard Bangkok, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Tokyo. I place 80% of my navy around the nearest sea points to those citys with the same instructions as my air force.
Lastly. I expend 4 of my nukes for use on Andyland. I drop one each on the largest citys in Germany, France, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
