And yes, whether you like it or not, rich people go to tax havens. You know anything about the whole Apple/Ireland controversy? They didn't pick Ireland for the culture or location. It was for tax reasons. But if Ireland decides that Apple owes them more taxes, guess what? Apple might move out of Ireland and go elsewhere. That's just a fact of life. You can't have one country with immense taxes on the rich when there are other countries that are more than willing to host them for less money.

That being said, do you really think all rich people are evil? If everyone was a lazy socialist, we'd never get anywhere. Entrepreneurs have invented so many things. Sure, there are some downsides to certain things, but I think it's all too easy to be critical of people's success, and discounting the fact that plenty of wealthy people actually earned their money.
