This will probably be my last day using 4-ch. I'll check back every now and again, but as far as I can tell, 4-ch has been set upon by juveniles who are bored with 4chan.

It's becoming clear that certain postings and comments "sell well" on 4-ch, and that there's a typical small-minded 4-ch mindset:

* Negative articles about squeeks
* Articles about 4chan memes
* Anything about the 4chan (or, to a lesser extent, /b/)
* Racist/Hate propaganda
* Anything about Barack Obama
* Obscure articles
* Saitama articles about revenge/people suffering because of their actions
* Funny pictures/videos, mostly of AA characters

I suspect the average readership of 4-ch is late teens/early twenties. It feels like 4-ch is a weird Reader's Digest for the cynical post-gen-x generation. It constantly recycles the same kind of rubbish, because it knows how to press its reader's buttons.

The problem is that this is barring anybody older. I guess this is no problem for the 4-ch founders and squeeks -- advertisers love a young age bracket.
