Check the timestamps this time and don't let yourself be tricked.
Obnoxious Firefox lockups have finally driven me to try Chromium. It seems better so far but maybe that's just because the install is still more or less "clean".
Drug users don't have worthwhile hobbies? That's not true!
>>246 a foster child is staying with my wife and I for a holiday away from the other foster children he stays with as they are all very young, so it's a nice little break for him. We went swimming yesterday and went for mcdonalds and today we're going crab fishing and playing wrestling games on the playstation
>>252
That sounds wonderful! I always wanted to foster a child. Perhaps it has something to do with my fantasy of teaching a little girl calculus.
>>253
Chromium has AdBlock and HTTPS Everywhere, too. Never heard of self-destructing cookies, though.
Oh dear.
Gosh darn it!
Shii, MODD, Squeeks, someone save us.
wha tthe fuck
I wish I hadn't bumped that thread.
This board never existed
how do you do that cool bold italic underline strike though
Look out behind you! It's a Dingy Skipper!
I need your help, DQN! I have established that I ought to buy either LG Nexus 4 or LG Optimus G. Which one should I pick?
finally
>>268
They both look like flimsy, easily breakable little things. You should get yourself a nice reliable brick-shaped Nokia instead.
I can't handle this anymore.
I am surprised how active DQN is after a few years of not visiting.
Just finished watching Angel Beats and it was great.
>>272
Indeed. This place is the most active one of all western Textboards
People with straight hair are terminally boring, and their lives are dull.
>>276
Could be. /lang/ is also rather fast. It fills me with happines knowing that so many people are using textboards
I have to come up with something witty to say about Breaking Bad.
Dammit, why aren't there any light sources which don't melt snow?
>>282
Redstone ore doesn't melt snow and it glows when you touch it.
>>283
Ah, I did't think of that! Unfortunately I don't have any redstone ore to hand, and I'm really looking for a permanent light source to prevent mobs from spawning at night. According to the wiki, mobs don't spawn on layered snow (that isn't a single layer or an entire block) so I think I shall try that.
U.N. Owen was (not) her?
Sorry ladies, I'm not interested in 3D.
I will always be tired forever.
I hope there will be a new DQN album soon... I'm a big fan...
But what shall we do when even the rate of change of the gradient is increasing asymptotically?
あまり人間らしくないね。
I want to die. But so many things are tying me down to the living world.
>>294 don't say that pal, things always get better. I was in your shoes and someone said that to me and I poopooed them, but it turned out to be true
Is it just me, or has the frequency of posts here increased massively in this past week?
wow wtf am i doing inheriting all this shit
I'm Buttman!
...buttman...
Now, if only I knew someone with a theology degree.
>>300
I wish I was doing theology. Stuck with Chem E because jobs and whatnot.
>>300
But we all know a certain someone with a theology degree.
After all this is /dqn/.
I know a certain someone with a theology disagree.
>>303
Just look through his site, whichever subdomain was abandoned last will probably be closest to him, after all there's hundreds of them, just strewn about as he made them and lost interest in them.

"It's 4 o'clock in the morning. Why on earth are you making chocolate pudding?"
"I'm up all night to get lucky."
You might be thinking that Daft Punk's song is about "scoring" or, to put it bluntly, having sex. But it isn't.
"Like the legend of the phoenix" Daft Punk make their triumphal return. This song is about art, it is about music. "The force" that "keeps the planet spinning" is creativity.
"We’re up all night to get lucky" in this context is about working hard to find that special melody, that "vibe" that makes Daft Punk's music so distinct as opposed to modern music, that has become generic: "the present has no rhythm".
But Daft Punk is not going to stop and relax despite of their international fame!
We’ve come too far
To give up who we are
So let’s raise the bar
And our cups to the stars
Hats off to Daft Punk!
Windows 8 isn't nearly as terrible as I was led to believe.
I'm only ankle deep in the vagaries of the flesh.
The Vagina Brothers own Terminator
Many Japanese artists are posting samples of their eromangas before NatsuComi. Come on, you greedy bastards, post your works in full, you don't need to survive!
Twelfth is a nice word. So is August. August Twelfth.
McDonalds for lunch, Burger King for tea, look for a DS and a stool inbetween
I layed off my Japanese stdies since my family is visiting. When they leave I'll have 2 weeks to go
I could train as a computer science teacher for free and get a scholarship to boot if I wanted.
Pity children are shit.
At long last, I'm past halfway! I feel like this project is going to be completed after all.
GTX 550
Sooch meets mouth.
It's spirals, spirals all the way.
You know you spend too much time on DQN when you see a character tagged "Now in kunoichi flavor!" and initially read it as "Now in kimchi flavor!"
That's it. There's no more. I have consumed it all and it isn't coming back.
How often do you refresh DQN? I refresh it every hour or so
>>325 I usually read everything and make posts and stuff, check through other sites and boards I lurk, then come back to usually find some new posts here, and the cycle continues endlessly
I've seen the word 'color' so much now, my native spelling 'colour' looks strange.
>>327 here, boards that survived after sovietrussia died, a couple more I found on their new home, 420chan /m/ and every now and then a few other boards there, neet.to, http://boards.rotbrc.com/t-h/ and http://boards.rotbrc.com/eroge/ which are just new and no one is there really, i have SAoVQ and unholy citadel bookmarked but i never really visit, check webcomics i follow when they update, soundcloud, tumblr, emails, youtube subscriptions and inbox aaaand back here. Sometimes I have a look at our worldoftext page too, just in case. And inbetween I get through the backlog of stuff to read, like things people post here or elsewhere. While I do all this I play the playstation and add new music into itunes and sort the track names and punctuation and formats.
While I was typing this I was also reading the instruction book for a new game I got and hanging up washing to dry!
>>328 Keep the faith, brother, you are on a righteous path.
unholy citadel really is something else... I'm visiting it for the first time, and I'm not exactly sure how to approach these posts...
>>330
6ch is much slower than /dqn/. It also has a timeless feeling to it, I have to say that it is probably the most fun textboard that I frequently visit.
But if you turn it upside down, it looks like a uterus!
Metal Machine Music, Re-Take OST, and most Goreshit sound a lot alike.
>>334 I recently got into Goreshit thanks to DQN electronics.
Reminder: you're going to die.
>>334 Metal Machine Music was the first noise I heard when I was a teenager, and I really liked it, but it wasn't till a few years later that I found out there was a whole genre of noise - and I think it was KOKOROLICH's tracks on the DQN Electronics albums that were my gateway! MMM is just barely similar to the other two you said I reckon.
>>335 That is how I got into him too. He has two other projects - http://wounder.bandcamp.com/ http://hanasumai.bandcamp.com/ three new albums I haven't heard, thanks for bringing it up >>335!
Hey my captcha is inose haha that nearly says noise
he first and second track are unreleased recordings from 2008. tracks 3 to 9 were originally recorded on piano in Green Lane psychiatric hospital, winter '09, and digitally released as 'decayed ocean asylum' in early 2010. 'norsk' was recorded in what i remember was late 2007. the kodai no hone tracks were released on an album of the same name in november '08. only 20 copies of the album were made, featuring hand made covers and came with an original individual polaroid. track 13 is an excerpt from a recording a live show at the port mahon in oxford, 19th november 2007.
Hope he's okay
It's a kitten.
what the fuck is a sparberry?
Gonna eat something
i can't stand completely upright without feeling like collapsing
>>343
I'm glad you like it! Kokoro-chan's smile makes life worth living.
Unhelpful as that guidebook was, it might be for the best that I don't write walking instructions.
...turn left at the point where the road layout looks like an alkene cis-isomer...
>>345
There was an odd intersection near my old apartment. I called it "a round-Earth adjustment" (for an exaggerated explanation, try wrapping some graph paper around an orange and see how you would have to offset some blocks from true, in order to keep the majority of the streets "normal"). My OChem-major friend called it "1-butene".
I guess http://goo.gl/maps/ZOzV6 would be, what? Cyclopentane?
all this bot does is molest me
>>346
Cyclopentane would be a ring with five vertices, whereas that looks more like a single point with five branches. I'd go with something with a trigonal bipyramidal structure; say, phosphorus pentachloride.
I can't find a way to make firefox be unaffected by my high contrast theme... It's driving me insane...
