Recovering from surgery earlier today. They gave me vicodin, but so far there's not much pain so I'm gonna try to avoid taking any if possible. There's just some swelling, which I'll try to manage with elevation, ice, and ibuprofen.

Honestly, vicodin scares me. I know I most likely won't have any problem if I take it at the recommended dosage, but man, opioids are no joke.
