I'm sorry, I just want to say that I'm fairly sure that 80% of the 10 people that go here are roughly between 20 - 30. Consider though that Zuckerberg knows with remarkable precision the age composition of his entire userbase yet he doesn't regard us as equal beings as himself.

645 Name: (*゚ー゚) : 1993-09-9454 01:19

Yeah, the Kazakhstani government is overreaching but I don't see what Firefox gains by doing that. All it means is people will have to use a different browser and get their web browsing snooped on anyway.

There are presumably cases where developers or w/e would want to add their own certs for testing too, now they're being inconvenienced just so Mozilla can pretend they are more morally upright than their competitors somehow.

Web browser features don't oppress people, governments oppress people.

>What struck me a while back was how outright alien laugh tracks sound if you're not watching the show. My roommate's watching any sitcom from the 60s to today, and I'm in my room doing whatever. I can barely understand the dialog, and the laugh track sounds like some bizarre percussion device made from people's voice boxes.

yeah i know how that is. it's not just sitcoms for me, a lot of half-heard shit on TV is mildly disturbing to me. the worst, i think, is that mom watches a lot of korean dramas, the kind where people go ballistic, to reinforce her belief that it's okay to throw over-the-top adult tantrums because it's her culture. so i'm not just sensitive to that sort of conflict and yelling, but it keeps. fucking. happening.
