Even the clever insults produced by rap battlers, Yiddish insult comics, kids playing the dozens, and so forth tend not to elevate the level of name-calling but work on a different level entirely while sticking to wording understood by the everyman.
You do not see that many sophisticatedly worded insults outside a statistically insignificant proportion of... well, the closest stereotype is New Yorker subscribers.
