>>286, >>288 Yes, that "I don't see the paps, I just happen to be giving the icy blue glare of death" face isn't convincing. Especially since he's wearing his glasses and should be able to see at a distance.

>>288 Since he was first spotted with the pup a couple of weeks ago when it was only 8 weeks old, he might have been thinking about getting it while he was doing Hamlet, but didn't take the plunge until after the run of the play. (I wonder if no good offers materialized at that point and he just said the hell with it and got the dog.)

>>288, >>289 I think the photos were filtered or edited to be lighter than real life to keep the dog from looking too dark to see its details. If you look at Tom and the bystanders, they all look a bit washed out. And his hair can really change color depending on how much product is in it. (I think it's mostly product, not unwashed-hair oil, because his hair is so unruly that only heavy product will keep it in place. At the LA T:R premiere, when he walked away from the two interviewers, his hair was flying up at the back even though he had a ton of goop in it!) >>290 Agree that he wasn't well groomed during the T:R promo; at the very least, the beard needed a good trim.

>>292 Well, dogs love to roll in the stinkiest things they can find, so Bobby is probably fascinated when Tom has all sorts of "good" smells....

>>293 Anon, you are not too cynical! I even wondered for a second if this was a rented dog.

>>294 And sometimes those men don't even change the sheets when they have hopes (ewwwwwww).
