The Galaxy Zoom is a good point & shoot camera that's also a good smartphone. It's exactly what you're looking for, but if you're going to just compulsively make up problems, then you can go fuck yourself.

It's slightly bulkier than a point & shoot, but considerably slimmer than a point & shoot placed on top of a smart phone, so don't be such a baby.
